Advance Care Planning Talk at Forbes Hall Well Attended
Friday, March 15, 2024 at 7:50AM 50 plus Islanders came out for the Advance Care Planning Talk put on by the Forbes Hall Health Services Group. Island Health Social Worker, Marcela, walked us through the topics with knowledge and compassion.
The information was voluminous, and she provided a wealth of resources. The FHHSG will be working to make these resources accessible to all. In the meantime, here is a PDF of her presentation which contains most of the information shared at the talk.
