Burnie Nicholson LPN will hold a foot care clinic at Forbes Hall May 17-18 2024.

Basic foot care includes:
● Lower legs and feet nursing assessment
● Toenail cutting and reduction
● Callous/Corn reduction and education/interventions to decrease or eliminate recurrence
within LPN scope of practice
● Hang nail/ ingrown nail mitigation
● Foot massage and moisturizing of skin
● Diabetic foot assessment and basic care
● Basic wound care/ dressing changes/pressure point mitigation
● Referrals to complex foot care health professionals
Fee/client : $75 with appointments taking 1 hour generally.
Minimum 5 max 8 confirmed clients required/day for clinic to proceed.
