Finishing the Phone Book

I'm approaching the finish line on the phone book, so if there have been any changes since I contacted you, or if I haven't contacted you for some reason and you have changes, NOW IMMEDIATELY PDQ is when I need to know about it. Please.

Or if you have suggestions for numbers that should be included in the emergency or other general columns, let me know.
