Coastal Fire Weather Forecast

Thurs-Fri: Unsettled conditions with a few troughs of low pressure in and around the province. Chance of thunderstorms building this afternoon and evening. A risk of lighting for the east sides of the Coastal Mountain range, especially in Pemberton and Fraser zones.

Sat-Mon: Offshore low moves moisture from the southwest into southern portions of the province. Rain and showers to start late afternoon and evening. Rain will continue into Sunday and increase in spread and accumulation. There could be some embedded thunderstorms. Rain pushes north into Monday and should be cleared out in the late afternoon.
