Good For Your Gut Offerings

As autumn deepens and we move into the cooler season, we naturally turn toward cozy spaces and the comfort of rich, hearty meals. During these darker, chillier days, nourishing our digestion is vital and keeps us grounded and well. Good digestion supports mental well-being, immunity and the absorption of essential nutrients

On offer are three helpful companions:

Inside Out "Bread" - many of you are familiar with this robust (2lb) slab which is flour and gluten free, made with soaked seeds and GF oats. It is high in fibre and protein. Enjoyed daily with adequate hydration it can have a remarkably positive effect on digestion.

Fire Cider Chutney - a bold, pungent, warmly spiced condiment with health benefits. Made with fresh roots of ginger, turmeric, horseradish, onion, garlic, figs, raisins, dates, apple cider vinegar and unpasteurized local honey.

Purple Cabbage and Fenugreek fermented Kraut.

*all ingredients are organic, many lovingly grown here on Thetis Island

*all require refrigeration
