Forbes Hall Nurse Practitioner Clinic: Schedule Changes

As November 11^th is Remembrance Day, the Nurse Practitioner Clinic will be moved from Tuesday the 11^th to Wednesday the 12^th.

As it is a “Soup’s On” Day November 12th, the Clinic will be held for part of the day in the Boardroom. Please observe the “do not disturb” sign posted outside the room.

In addition, the Nurse Practitioner’s Clinic will not be open on Tuesday, November 18^th. Kari Quinney will still be available, by phone, to book appointments.
