Fraudulent ICBC Text Scam

The "ICBC overpayment scam" is a fraudulent text message (smishing) scam where con artists, impersonating the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), claim you have an outstanding fine or are eligible for a rebate and direct you to a fake website to steal your personal and financial information. --
