8 Week Yoga & Meditation Series

Join Heather and Jess for a unique 8-week series, exploring Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Meditation with sound therapy. Spend an hour and a half each week, deepening your connection with yourself and bringing in more balance and bliss.
Both Heather and Jess studied and travelled in India, learning the authentic practices and wisdoms contained in the Yogic teachings.
