SATURDAY
MULTIGRAIN & SEEDS SANDWICH LOAF: Pumpkin, flax and sunflower seeds plus 7 grains. Yeast leavened.
OATS & HONEY: Canadian honey and organic oats. Yeast leavened.
BAGUETTES with sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and herbs de Provence
SUNDAY
CLASSIC SOURDOUGH: slow fermented.
MULTIGRAIN & SEEDS SOURDOUGH: Pumpkin, flax and sunflower seeds plus 7 grains and a touch of rye. Slow fermented.
KALAMATA OLIVE & ROSEMARY BAGUETTES with rosemary fresh from the garden, peaking through the snow.
