Coquille St. Jacques - scallops in a creamy white wine sauce topped w/ gruyere cheese and served with crusty baguette
Course 2:
Choice of
Salmon Wellington - wild Pacific salmon wrapped in puff pastry, caramelized leeks, spinach and dill pilaf with seasonal vegetables, and a Dijon cream sauce
OR
Green Peppercorn Striploin - charbroiled NY strip, bacon and cream cheese smashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a green peppercorn bourbon demi
Course 3:
Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée with Chocolate Ginger Shards
