Standing in the Shadows

Our EmCom roadway contractor, Joe Lange, has asked me to alert the ardent walkers on Thetis to please wear a HiViz vest, or at the very least, light coloured clothing when walking on our sun/shade dappled roads. You are invisible to drivers when wearing black or dark colours. 

Joe personally arranged for sixty HiViz vests last year for walking residents (it wasn’t EmCom) and hopes you didn’t put them away for the summer.
