Broken Down Vehicle?

I am inquiring about the Van that is sitting outside the pub near the mailboxes. I recently bought a 2005 Chevrolet uplander van and I’m in need of seats so I thought I’d ask who it belongs to and if they are willing to get rid of the seats? Thank you
