Fire Danger Class Drops

This useful rain has dropped the Fire Danger Class here on Thetis Island to MODERATE. High Hazard Activities are no longer restricted. NO OUTDOOR BURNING ALLOWED. CAMPFIRE BAN STILL IN EFFECT.

We will be drying and warming up again next week, so the Danger Class will increase soon. Please check e-Spokes and the Fire Danger Board across from the ferry for changes.

Our TIVFD website information will not be up to date until we transition to another administrator following Veronica Shelford’s passing.
