Yoga with Karen - 10am Saturday
Friday, September 19, 2025 at 7:46AM Teaching a sweet slow flow on Saturday at 10am, in rhythm with the Fall Equinox.
From this Saturday and Saturdays going forward I will be introducing a by donation payment scheme for these yoga classes. Suggested donation is $10, or pay what you can when you can.
Please bring your own yoga mat, everyone welcome,
