Hydrophone Presentation on Penelakut on Wednesday
Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 7:39AM For anyone interested in attending the presentation about the hydrophone project to monitor freighter noise and whale activity in Trincomali Channel, it is confirmed to start at 11:30 a.m. at the Penelakut school on Wed.
The change in start time is to accommodate attendees from Thetis to take the 10:40 ferry directly from Thetis to Penelakut, with time to walk to the school.
We'll plan to return on the 1:05 ferry from Penelakut back to Thetis.
