Diesel Install Help Needed ASAP

Hello

I am in need of some help asap. I bought a Vevor Diesel heater for my sailboat and need help with getting it installed ASAP. I cannot be on my sailboat until then as I have two dogs as well. I am on disability, so funds are really tight for me. Any help would be appreciated
