Capernwray Harbour - Geese Harvest

Please note that the entire Capernwray Harbour property including waterfront and forest trails will be closed to all public access Sunday January 4, 2026 between 12pm noon and 4pm due to a controlled harvest of Canada Geese.

All legal requirements and permits have been obtained and qualified personnel will be conducting the harvest.

All safety precautions have been taken to conduct the operation without risk to public safety while minimal staff are present and all our students are away.
