Thank you for Your Support

Thank you, Thetis and surrounding islands, for electing me as one of the two Local Trust Area Trustees. I want to congratulate Terry Martin and Jim Senetza for their campaigns. Even though they did not win at the ballot box they invigorated the campaign with their ideas. Congratulations also to Ken Hunter, who easily topped the polls as the incumbent, and I look forward to working with him over the next four years.

The two all-candidates meetings demonstrated that islanders wish to be involved in the Trust, and I commit to improving communication between the Islands Trust and our community. I also commit to fulfilling the Trust's purpose of preserving and protecting our islands' unique amenities and environment while doing my part to ensure the Islands Trust is fiscally responsible.

I look forward to the next four years as your representative. Thanks again for your support.
