Monday, February 16, 2026 at 7:48AM Please wear comfy clothes, a blanket and a yoga mat or something if you have one.
Come breathe life into your body gently. Yoga brings breath, balance, movement and strength together.
Main hall by donation.
Thursday meditation is cancelled this week as there is a talk already scheduled.
Thank you,
Dawn Gordon
