Cool Girls Nature Club

Hello, Brave Female Souls,
Due to higher winds coming from the east/southeast, we’re shifting locations.

The Cool Girls Nature Club will meet
Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at the Gov’t Dock Beach

Fun fact: When you choose to step beyond your comfort zone, like going into the cold ocean water on a windy day, your brain builds resilience pathways. Tiny brave acts add up.

This is a very low-key gathering. Come sit on the beach, drink your tea, breathe some ocean air… or dip, swim, paddle, float, or just watch.

Wetsuit, bathing suit, birthday suit, all welcome...
Your presence is perfect exactly as it is.

This is simply a way for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes to gather outdoors for a little relaxed, non-pressured fun. And honestly… why not jump in the ocean while we’re at it?

If you’d like to join but the timing doesn’t work, please let me know. If enough people need a different time, I’m very happy to accommodate.
