Cool Girls Nature Club

Hello brave women,

Since we’ve had hundreds of new cold-water “guests” visiting our usual swim spots lately (very large, very vocal ones 😄), we’re changing things up a little.

We’ll meet at the boat launch Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. and walk to a quieter beach nearby. 

Fun fact: Like sea lions, we’re not meant to do this alone, dipping together helps our nervous systems calm and connect.

This is a women’s low-pressure gathering, a relaxed, supportive space to just be as you are. Come sit on the beach, sip your tea, and simple be, or dip, swim, paddle, wetsuit, bathing suit, or birthday suit, all welcome.

Come exactly as you are.

A little ocean time, a little connection, a little courage, that’s all this is.

And honestly… why not jump in?
