Community Yard Sale at Forbes Hall: Countdown!

Each week as we countdown to the event, we’ll post more information. Watch for next week’s post for information about the BBQ!
This week we’re letting you know how to book a space.
You can choose to sell out of your car, at a table, or perhaps you’ll have a tent.
To book your space, please contact info@forbeshall.ca with your name, texting phone number or email, how you’ll be selling (car, table, tent) and where you would prefer to set up, we’ll try our best to accommodate.
· All spaces must be pre-booked up to Friday, April 24th, at noon. All tents and tables to be in position by 5pm Friday, April 24th. Talk to us early if you have a special circumstance that makes these times difficult.
· If a table is needed, TICA has a limited number of tables, 6’ and 8’ lengths, available for reservation on a first come first served basis (when you book your space), these will be picked up from and returned to their storage area by the vendors.
· Payment for your space will be by cash donation in a provided box.
· Vendors will be required to remove all unsold items from the Forbes Hall Community Centre property same day.
· Remember if you’re accepting e-transfers, to bring slips of paper with your accurate email address.
· Note: no animals are allowed to be sold or given away at this event.
