Community Yard Sale at Forbes Hall: Countdown!

Three weeks to go until the Community Yard Sale at Forbes Hall.

Saturday, April 25th, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Each week as we countdown to the event, we’ll post more information. Watch for next week’s post for set up information. 

Where to park???

Mission Road and the school are preferred.

Parking on-site will be limited, due to vending from vehicles, vendors’ parking, as well as the volunteers. There will be some parking available, but no customer parking from the building entry stairs through to the exit. We’ll have someone onsite to help those with mobility issues or a family of little ones find a spot.

We’re looking for a volunteer or two for helping people with parking.

Set Up

We’ll be finalizing the set-up plan closer to the event, mostly due to weather. If it’s a sunny day, set up will be in the sports court & pavilion, with some tables under cover and inside. All vendors will be contacted a couple of days prior to the event, plus there will be some tips sent out next week. For now, just keep going through your closets, cupboards, drawers, and under the stairs to find those treasures!

Reminder: to book your space, please contact info@forbeshall.ca with your name, texting phone number or email, how you’ll be selling (car, table, tent) and where you would prefer to set up, we’ll try our best to accommodate.
