It is me again 😄
The water is really warming up. Soon we may have to change our name to the Hot Girls Club.
This week, we’ll meet Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at the Government Dock.
Fun fact: Research shows that women who gather, socialize, and play together tend to live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Apparently ocean dipping counts as self-care.
This is a relaxed, low-pressure women’s gathering. Come sip your tea, breathe the ocean air, dip, swim, paddle, float, or simply be.
Wetsuit, bathing suit, or birthday suit, all welcome.
Come exactly as you are.
And for those of you wanting to skip the swimming part, around 9:45 a.m. we usually meet afterward at Telegraph Harbour Marina Café for a little warm-up. If you’d like to join and get a feel for what we’re all about, you’re very welcome to come.
A little ocean time, a little connection, a little courage, that’s all this is. Hope to see you there, even if it’s just toes in the water.
