Tour des Îles Festival

Day Trips to Salt Spring & Galiano – Saturday, June 20!

Thetis Islanders are invited to hop aboard a special Tour des Îles passenger boat on Saturday, June 20 for a day of exploring Salt Spring Island or Galiano Island—without the hassle of ferries or traffic.

Departing from Sunrise Point, the passenger boat offers:

  • Salt Spring Island (Fernwood Dock) – $25 each way, with buses connecting visitors to the famous Saturday Market, Indigenous Peoples Weekend celebrations, local galleries, beaches, and village attractions.
  • Galiano Island (Montague Marina) – $40 each way to Montague Harbour, with free shuttles to the Galiano Museum, artisan studios, cafés, restaurants, hiking trails, and scenic beaches.

Tour des Îles is a two-day festival celebrating inter-island travel, culture, music, art, and community connections, making it easier than ever to visit our neighbouring islands by passenger boat.

Reserve your seat today by emailing tdifestival@gmail.com. A minimum of 10 passengers will be required to confirm the boat.

We'd love to welcome our Thetis neighbours for a day of markets, music, culture, and adventure in the Southern Gulf Islands. Bring a bicycle if you'd like to explore even more of the islands at your own pace!
