Forbes Hall – Doors Left Unlocked, Yet Again!

Recently we’ve had a spate of doors being left unlocked or wide open.

· Tuesday the left Front door was found unlocked.

· Boardroom French doors wide open upon arrival Wednesday morning.

· Patio door out of Assembly Hall was found unlocked one day last week.

· Courtside door found unlocked two times in the past two weeks.

All activity leaders, meeting and event organizers are responsible for locking up the hall afterwards. It is their responsibility to orient others within their group of what needs to be done to access and exit the hall. This fall TICA will be holding orientations for all activity leaders / co-leaders, for those who organize meetings and events, and for those who are frequent users of the hall. Use of the hall will be contingent on these orientations.
