Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 7:58AM Longtime Mariner Ray Smith passed away at 82 on Sept. 5th in Duncan where he lived for a year. He retired from Times Colonist as a Photojournalist and moved to Thetis Marina in his sailboat. He visited Thetis for many years and made many friends.
His celebration will be announced in the near future.
