Fire Danger Drops Dramatically

Saturday morning we are dropping to MODERATE fire danger, thanks to that generous rainfall and the overnight moisture recovery. High Hazard Activities are no longer restricted but caution with sparks and flame should still be maintained.

No yard waste or burn barrel burning at this time.

Permits for evening campfires are available.

Please check your spark screen and chimney for creosote buildup before we get into woodstove heating season.
