These two volunteer based communication systems share information that is initiated by the people that use them, which is basically the whole of the Thetis Island community.

The simpler it is for us to pass this information along, makes it easier for the volunteers who are taking the time to make life more connected for islanders.

Times Colonist Subscribers

Since there is no longer a garbage container at the dock, all plastic and twine used to protect the papers in transit needs to be removed from the box. Newspapers not picked up also need to be removed.

This task must be shared by all recipients of the newspaper, instead of the few on whom it always falls.

Your anticipated cooperation with this is appreciated.
