Yoga Updates ~

There is yoga on Thursday the 10th this week.  Hatha Yogaon Tuesday, Gentle Beginner Yoga on Thursday 9:30-11:00. 

YIN YOGA CANCELLED THIS WEEK ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT, Wednesday from 7-8:30 pm,

**Next week changes are:

Yoga Tuesday 9:30-11:00 am and Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 pm are a go,

CANCELLED ON THURSDAY, APRIL 17th   9:30-11:00 CANCELLED

I am also proposing a yoga meeting on Monday The 21st – I just need to confirm at time and place.  Tea and goodies to be provided.  New schedule to be discussed.  New ideas.  Yoga for Arthritis?  Yoga for Addictions?  Yin yoga.  I will be forming a Yoga Club and further details will be released once I have some clarification as to the process that needs to be followed.

I will send out more information on Monday, April 14th.
