Goosey Gander Shop Open this Weekend

The Shop will be Open from 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Some fun new things that have arrived are a hot water bottle with a turtleneck sweater cover, a vintage Richard Scarry Children’s Story Book and a couple Dr. Seuss ones too, a handsome horse sculpture and a bright and colourful reversible quilted blanket from India.

More Christmas decorations are in, and next weekend we will have Goosey Gander Gift Coins available to give to Friends and Family to redeem for anything they might like in the Shop.

Many many more items are on the yellow tag sale now, including a rug, mirror, and some cheerful serving trays, just to mention a few. Look for a yellow tag and you pay only half price at the till.

Hope to see you this weekend and Thank You,

Nan Beals

Something for People Who are Curious and Not Scared about any Change

Since people are scared  - from different ways to build homes, to different ferry schedules to...... - here something completely different.

Something which could change our way of life - on Thetis and even the community hall :) - and make all more energetic independent and really sustainable. Sure this way of generating energy will take some years till really ready and working but if you are open for a change and can think out of the box.... - where there is a will there is a way.
