Jollity Farm Weekly Orders - organizing pick up

Hello there, we hope you are all staying warm and safe through this cold and slippery week.

Due to the way our spring water pops up in various places along our driveway, there are about 3 spots that are about 3" thick sheets of ice. It is very dangerous to attempt, so unless we get rain and warmer temps
before Sat. we will need to organize other ways to get your dairy, baking and farm goodies passed over this week.

We will assess again tomorrow and decide what is best for the weekend. If Sunday ends up clear we could push up to that day, otherwise we can organize to leave orders at the end of the road or at the kiosk (would
mean walking up to it).

No bagels again this week - Sorry but we didn't feel it was safe to cross the Malahat again today! Fingers crossed for next week.

If you have specific requests or suggestions, please reach out by text/phone 250.415.0101 or to info@jollityfarm.ca.

Sand-Bags Available

The TIVFD will have a supply of sand-bags outside of the fire hall on Mission Road on Thursday for anyone needing them as the snow and ice melts.

Haggis Choices at Robbie Burns

Haggis is the centerpiece of the Robbie Burns Dinner. The poet of course wrote one of his most famous pieces about it.

Fair fa' your honest, sonsie face,

Great chieftain o the puddin'-race!

Vegetarian haggis? Seems like a contradiction in terms? Think again. The cooks have created a special vegetarian haggis. Very tasty, people were clamouring for the secret recipe the last time it was served.

We will also have traditional haggis that many know and wait for their one chance each year to tuck in!

So there is a haggis for everyone, and for those strongly inclined against haggis of any type there will be a hearty dinner regardless.

Tickets will be available until January 19th, or we sell out!
