Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 7:49AM The Shop will be Open from 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Some fun new things that have arrived are a hot water bottle with a turtleneck sweater cover, a vintage Richard Scarry Children’s Story Book and a couple Dr. Seuss ones too, a handsome horse sculpture and a bright and colourful reversible quilted blanket from India.
More Christmas decorations are in, and next weekend we will have Goosey Gander Gift Coins available to give to Friends and Family to redeem for anything they might like in the Shop.
Many many more items are on the yellow tag sale now, including a rug, mirror, and some cheerful serving trays, just to mention a few. Look for a yellow tag and you pay only half price at the till.
Hope to see you this weekend and Thank You,
Nan Beals

Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 7:47AM I have a customer on Thetis who would like to receive a delivery of my firewood Briquettes that I sell and distribute. Due to commercial ferry rates I need a few more pallets sold before making the trip. If I can get a few more sold I will make the delivery in the next 4-5 days.
1 pallet is equivalent to over a cord of firewood. Please see my website for additional info. Cost per pallet is $425 plus gst (no other delivery charges etc). 1 pallet contains 95 packages of 12

If anyone would like to receive an order of firewood that is guaranteed dry and ready to burn please contact me via my website at BioBurn.ca. The Saltspring order form Can be used on my website.

Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 10:26AM Since people are scared - from different ways to build homes, to different ferry schedules to...... - here something completely different.
Something which could change our way of life - on Thetis and even the community hall :) - and make all more energetic independent and really sustainable. Sure this way of generating energy will take some years till really ready and working but if you are open for a change and can think out of the box.... - where there is a will there is a way.

Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 7:33AM Don’t miss your chance to win one of two knitted alpaca wool lap blankets…
Tickets are one for $2 or 3 for $5. Last day to buy tickets will be at the Christmas Market on Dec 2nd with the draw for both blankets taking place that day at one pm.
Remember you can’t win if you don’t buy a ticket! Plus, you will be supporting TICA’s debt reduction program.
