Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 7:26AM The dry weather is continuing, so we're having to take the fire hazard level back up to Extreme as of today (Tuesday the 19th).
It's a complete ban on burning and any potentially spark-producing activities - no chainsaws, excavators, sawmills, lawnmowers, etc.

Today we are lucky to have Genny and Ken Redman joining the library time to entertain the kiddos with pre-school songs!

Monday, September 18, 2023 at 10:23AM Start Up meeting for the 2023-2024 Soup’s On Season is today at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 18th at Forbes Hall
Anyone who is interested in helping out with Soup’s On with small jobs or big jobs or has any interest in working with the Food Services team occasionally or frequently, we’d love to have you join us!
Don and Ann will be doing a couple of demo days for new volunteers to participate in.
First Soup’s On of the season is planned for October 4th.

Monday, September 18, 2023 at 10:20AM "Swagman Grid Lock" trunk-mount bike carrier: 3 bike capacity maximum weight for each bike is 35 lb. Fits a variety of cars and some SUVs. Note: this is not a hitch type carrier.
( Rubber straps [3] for one bike only as that's all I ever carried. Other two sets are missing, but are available to purchase separately at $4.00 for each strap.)
In very good condition, but no longer needed as have purchased a new bike that's over the weight limit. Asking $75.00
