YOGA WITH KAREN - NEW TIME - THURSDAYS, 9:45am - 10:45am, 16th September @ Forbes Hall

So lovely to see so many people in class today, hooray!

New time on Thursday mornings:  9:45 - 10:45am.  Proof of first vaccination will be required, and masks to be worn in all common areas outside of the yoga room.

Very happy to confirm I will be able to offer a live feed zoom yoga class, alongside an in-person class at the Hall.  This combined class will be either a Thursday or Saturday morning.  For those of you interested in this, please email me with your preference of morning, and I will send out more information.  If you are unable to attend in-person, it is a great way to stay connected to the lovely yoga community on Thetis Island.

Please note there is no Yoga this Saturday 18th September, as it is the Grand Opening of Forbes Hall starting at 11:30am, with a free BBQ at 1pm.

Looking forward to seeing you all on Thursday morning for Yoga, and Saturday for the Grand Opening.

love

Karen

Chinois Sieve Wanted

Does anyone have a Chinois they are willing to sell?

A chinois is a conical sieve with an extremely fine mesh. It is used to strain custards, purees, soups, and sauces. It often comes with a wire base and a wooden mortar. Your mother likely had one for canning.
