We Did It!
Monday, October 3, 2022 at 7:38AM We are grateful to all the wonderful people who came out to help us reach the final stretch (literally!).
It was an incredible feat of ingenuity and cooperation to move this awkward 3000 lb piece of rubber into a giant pond.
Little by little we folded and stretched, folded and stretched until we were able to move this massive burrito 90 degrees (with the help of a crane). Then came the work to unfold and stretch, unfold and stretch up each slippery slope! Every person contributed so many great ideas, and pushed and pulled with all their strength and good spirit!
