Monday, October 5, 2015 at 11:41AM Sadly my oven requires a new element and, while we wait for it, my baking options are limited. However, I will need to continue to feed my sourdough culture to keep it alive and healthy.
Consequently, I may be accumulating a lot of extra starter in the next few weeks! If you are interested in a jar of sourdough culture please let me know! Recipe and instructions for bread included.
