“It is moved that the TIRRA executive petition the Lieutenant General in Council to amend schedule B in section 53 part 8 of the Island Trust Act, removing Thetis Island from said schedule B, returning the administration of Thetis Island solely to the jurisdiction of the Cowichan Valley Regional District.”
