Dog Wandering, Yet Again....

Hey Thetis friends!  Anyone recognize this dog?  No collar and just wandering?  I would like to find the owner as this is so unsafe.  Kelly has posted similar concerns.  

My dog would kill this free roamer given half a chance.  Very stressful to let Tody out or walk him right now. Mine isn't allowed out of my yard unless leashed.

Confirmed: this is Chevy, who lives on a sailboat at the Pub.  He slipped his collar and went walkabout.
