Forbes Hall Expansion & Upgrade Information Sessions

On the Court Information Sessions 

The TICA Board and the Forbes Hall Expansion & Upgrade Committee will be holding 4 “On the Court” Information Sessions in July & August, at the Tennis Court accessed via the Pathway on Mission Road.  Refreshments will be served.

These late afternoon talks, from 5pm - 6:30pm will cover the process of the expansion of Forbes Hall. Following updates from board & committee members, there will be time for open questions and answers, and full explanation of the financial aspects & funding of the build.  

These sessions will be by invitation only, initially, to keep the attendance at a reasonable number for each event.  However, if there’s a particular date that fits with your schedule, please just let us know, by emailing dickie.ann@gmail.com , and you will be added to the list of guests for that particular date.  Likewise, please be in touch if you are unable to attend any of these, but would like to meet with us on an individual basis.  

“On the Court” Session Dates:

Thursday, July 18^th               Saturday, July 27^th

Thursday, August 8^th            Saturday, August 17^th

Note: There will also be a public event on Saturday, August 24^th, same time, same place, if response warrants. This will be open to all, and the last chance this summer to participate in one of these sessions.
