The 2020 Flu Shot Clinic

The 2020 Flu Clinic on Thetis Island will be held on Tuesday, October 27th, from 9:30am to 12:30pm, at the Central Fire Hall on Mission Road.  We need to know:

-    Are you planning to attend, to get your flu shot here on Thetis?

-    What would be your preferred time slot: 9:30-10:30, 10:30-11:30, or 11:30-12:30?

-    Please identify anyone 18 years old or younger, as the vaccine will be different for them.

PLEASE EMAIL US AT fluclinic@thetisislandfire.ca to let us know the answers to these questions. We need to know before October 23rd, to give time to order enough vaccine.
