Jollity Pond Project... the final STRETCH!
Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 8:37AM We had the most incredible turnout to help with the big pond liner lift last Sunday. A huge thank you to everyone who came out. Just like a good old barn raising, this liner lifting truly showed the power of many hands to do great things.
Unfortunately we have one more lift to be done in order to finish this off before the rains come.
Could you help us with a little tug, roll, tuck and heave ho this Sunday please?
Some of the brilliant engineering minds on Thetis have done some mind-melding and come up with a great plan on how to complete the project. As before, it will require many hands working together for the final turn and stretch.
If you have the time and energy (and leaf blowers) to spare, we would be so grateful if you'd be willing to lend some hands.
We will gather SUNDAY MORNING AT 9:30 AM so we can get it done early and before the heat of the day.
