It was moved and seconded that “CVRD Bylaw No. 4438 - Regional Recreation Funding Services Establishment Bylaw, 2022", be adopted.
Opposed: Director K. Segall, Director B. Maartman, Director J. McClinton, Director T. McGonigle, and Director M. Wilson. MOTION CARRIED B2 22-536
 
It was moved and seconded that “CVRD Bylaw No. 4455 – Thetis Island Wharf Capital Reserve Fund Establishment Bylaw, 2022, be granted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd readings. MOTION CARRIED B2 22-537
