No 9:10 or 12:30 sailings on Thursday

This Thursday is a Dangerous Cargo day.  When the DG is coming only to Thetis, they off-load the cargo and can take on vehicles and passengers for the 9:10 sailing.  But when there is DG for Penelakut as well, that DG remains on board the 9:10 sailing and nobody else can go on.  That's currently the situation for this Thursday, as well as eliminating access to the 12:30 sailing out of Chemainus for Thetis customers, and of course, the 1:25 from Thetis as well.  For a list of future Dangerous Cargo days, with an effort to update when there's a situation like this week's, check out the combined busy ferry schedule on thetisisland.net.
