Gentle Yoga with Sound Bath Meditation

Hello Islanders,
A reminder that yoga will be Wednesday and Friday this week, from 9:45 -11:00 am in the main room of the hall. Bring a yoga mat, dress comfortably in layers. It is always good to bring a firm blanket (Mexico style).
I look forward to seeing you, remember Den Kelsey was 90 when he started and he loved it, he still does and the last time I saw him he looked healthy and alive at 98 (I think?).
