Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 8:06AM This week we have had some very encouraging news. Thetis has been given a twice weekly Nurse Practitioner’s position. We will be sharing this full-time position with Stz’uminus Nation. Key to having a Nurse Practitioner on-island will be having someone apply for the job!

Recently we were given the go-ahead to be a Virtual Care Centre, which should be up and running within the next month, with support from TICF in funding the necessary equipment (more information about how to access this care, soon!).
Our team will continue to work towards reducing the need for islanders to travel for medical care.
