Monday, July 4, 2022 at 12:43PM Tai Chi classes have finished until the fall.
We now have open practise on Mondays at 10am.
Everyone is welcome to come.
If you've been curious about Tai Chi and its many healthful benefits or have not practised for a while and would like to get back to it, come and join us ~ look forward to seeing you at the Hall.
