WiFi at Both Ends of the Ferry, Thetis and Chemainus

A group of us are adding WiFi at both ends of the ferry, Thetis and Chemainus. Some have realized they have twice or more x's the data just for the ferry lineup. 

The cost per person obviously drops with more involved.
