Thetis & Penelakut Islands Community Connectivity Conversation
Friday, September 23, 2022 at 7:45AM On September 17, the Cowichan Valley Regional District and Economic Development Cowichan hosted a session at Forbes Hall to discuss internet and cellular connectivity on Thetis and Penelakut Islands. We want to thank all those who attended for their interest and active participation in this project. Your feedback will help us create a Community Connectivity Plan that makes sense for Thetis and Penelakut.

With your feedback in hand, we will now work with our consultants from IBI Group to develop a Community Connectivity Plan for Thetis and Penelakut, which will provide recommendations for achieving improved connectivity on the islands. The plan will be shared with the community when complete.
