Celebration of Life for Sheila Kelsey
Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 7:35AM There will be a celebration of Sheila Kelsey’s life at Forbes Hall on Saturday, November 25, at 2 PM.
At 1 PM, Sheila’s ashes will be interred at St. Margaret’s Cemetery.
