Looking for Help for Diesel Heater installation

I have a diesel heater for my sailboat I’m not very familiar with this kind of stuff. I’m on disability so funds are limited but I couldn’t trade labour or something for the help and installation. 

My boat is docked at Thetis Island Resort and Marina on dock H. I’m looking for getting it installed asap as it’s starting to get cold at night and starting to freeze at night as I only have a small plug-in outlet heater. 

The sooner the better.
