Disappointed

Apparently, all the thieves aren't on the water! I've been doing a bobcat job on Forbes Road and was awaiting the delivery of a load of gravel Monday afternoon. I left my truck and trailer at the job site on Forbes Road about 11 am. I returned after Fran delivered the gravel at 5 to find someone had stolen my tie down chain, tire blocks and jack stand - they must have been in a hurry because they only took one of the two stands.

I usually leave my keys in the truck - as someone said to me 17 years ago when we moved here "we leave the keys in the car because you never know when someone will need it".

No more. Times have changed. And not for the better.
